P74 - Riverside Family Pod with Hot Tub

We recently stayed at Ogwen Bank Caravan and Lodge Park and had a great experience overall. When we arrived, the original lodge was a bit too small for our group. I spoke with a gentleman named H at reception, he was really helpful and sorted it straight away. He arranged a new, more suitable lodge for us that same day, with no fuss at all. The next day, I went back to reception to ask a few questions and was helped by a young woman with blonde hair (sorry I didn’t catch her name). She was just as helpful and friendly, answering everything without any problems. All the staff we met were kind, professional, and happy to help. The accommodation itself was lovely and clean, and the park is in a beautiful spot. Thanks again to the team for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable!

No bread knife, sharp little knife, tongs- no plastic glasses/tumblers for hot tub., due to non designated eating area the table/sofa made it difficult to eat - possibly an outdoor foldaway table, slightly overlooked but it didn’t affect our stay. TV signal kept breaking up, pot holes in road on park, parking not great for P74. I don’t want this to come across as critical as it was a fabulous lodge just some minor tweaks needed we felt 😃.

everything from start to finish was amazing! the lady receptionist was so lovely and responded back to my messages prompt. Aber waterfalls is close by, which we walked before we got to the pod. everywhere was clean and tidy. the sound of the stream was just heaven! if you need a zen 🧘 weekend then this is 💯 your place. we will definitely be returning.

Views were amazing, location was great for zip world & Hot tub was really hot

The radiators were on the highest settings yet still very cool, we woke up freezing, quite unbearable, would’ve been good to readjust the temperature on the boiler but wasn’t allowed to. There’s no privacy when you’re in the hot tubs, the area is very crammed with lots of lodges on top of each other and looking onto each other. Also people walking past whilst you’re in the hot tub. A little awkward and uncomfortable The cooker took 1 hr 30 to cook a pizza.
