Great location and value for money. Perfect for our family of four, and the owners were available and helpful when we needed them

Everything was spot on. Great location I've got a juke and I managed to park in the court yard. The heating was easy to use , on a couple of chilly days. Also we arrived in Cornwell 90minutes b4 we could check in. Rang the owners, and they said the place was really and we could check in early. Which was great Thank u ❤️❤️

There's nothing. Apart from 1 thing, on the reviews I read b4 we booked They all said, they had stones and jam on arrive. But we didn't. Maybe it's cuz we checked in earlier. 😃😃

Nice ideal for what we needed

Gorgeous little Annex set in near perfect location with the most wonderful hosts. Cannot fault this place one bit.

Ok, so the parking spot was small. Great for a tiny car not my suv. However, plenty of free parking available on Atlantic road as suggested by the host which was literally a stones throw away so all was good

Great location for getting into town and beaches. Bus from the airport stopped right outside which was great. Private parking/courtyard was a bonus. The beds were really comfy, towels were provided and a lovely touch with the scones and milk on arrival. Some toiletries and kitchen essentials were already there which saved us buying, it felt homely. Great communication with the owners who kindly let us leave our bags for the day of checkout because our flight wasn’t till later in the afternoon which saved us carrying them about all day.

It would have been helpful if the second bedroom had somewhere to hang clothes, even if it’s just a few hooks on the wall. Also a maiden or washing line outside to dry our beach clothes. Not a major problem but would make a difference.

Great space that's close to everything in Newquay. Dog friendly and car parking. We had a great stay, and thanks for the scones on arrival, lovely touch.
