Spędziliśmy bardzo bardzo fajny czas w Lilla House, basen bardzo fajny i dom był komfortowy, spełnił nasze oczekiwania, gospodarz bardzo miły, przywitał nas niespodzianką, szybko reagował na nasze potrzeby. Oceniamy wysoko! Polecamy gorąco

Druga łazienka do remontu.

De airco’s werkten goed en een eigen zwembad is altijd luxe! Op 3 minuten rijden was het privé-strandje helemaal top vanwege de vele schaduw door de bomen die er staan. Dat is voor een strand in de hete zomer echt fantastisch! Ook ligt het huis aan het begin van het dorp, verder weg van de drukte 👍

Helaas was er bij het huis buiten weinig schaduw om bij het zwembad te liggen. De overkapping werkt wel goed voor de eettafel. Er is wel een pergola bij het zwembad maar geen schaduwdoek voor eroverheen. De tweede douche hebben we niet gebruikt vanwege het brakke douche gordijn.

The villa was perfect for us. Beautifully clean and we maintained. The villa is very well placed and we enjoyed the pool and terraces . The house has everything you need and everything had been thoughtfully added. The fridge was stocked and fruit and breakfast items were there when we arrived. The villa was regularly cleaned and sheets and towels replaced. Diane was lovely. The terrace by the beach was brilliant and we enjoyed the shade and sunbeds. It's also a great area to stay within easy access to Chania. We definitely recommend this villa for a family.

Excellent villa in a good location. Facilities were all as described and shown in the photos.

There is a bit of a hill to get to the villa when coming back from the beach, but nothing too bad.

Very nice and clean house with privat garden and swimming pool. Host help us find rental car and taxi between villa and airport.

Villa is based in Stalos which is right on the edge of where three resorts begin. As a result the villa itself was pretty quiet, and being up the hill got a lovely breeze. But then it's only 10 mins walk down the hill to shops, restaurants and the beach. If you head left it gets gradually busier as you get into Agia Marina and then Platanias. We had a car so easy to get into Chania or drive to the local attractions, but we saw loads of buses on the main road if you are using public transport. Beaches were great, sea was warm, plenty of bars and places to eat. The owner Nondas and the cleaner Diana were both really helpful and quick to respond to any questions or problems. The villa is more than big enough for 2 adults and two teenagers (there are 3 double rooms so could easily fit 6). There was everything you need in the kitchen, plus a BBQ outside, separate aircon in each bedroom and in the main living area. There was a dishwasher, washing machine, and they'd left cleaning pods for both. Pool was great, loads of sun loungers, and as the sun moved round there was always somewhere whether you wanted sun or shade. Overall excellent, loved it.
