Cakes from the bakery (provided) as well as a fridge full of fruit, cheese, butter, milk & bread. Perfect as we could choose what we wanted, and when we wanted it

Chira was an excellent host and full of information and always on hand. You are welcomed with a platter of meat, cheese and olives and homemade preserves . It is a very special experience

Host Chiara was so accommodating and willing to help with any issues.

The appartment is very well located, 10mins walk to historical center, 5mins walk to bus station with frequent buses, 7min walk to traditional famous market and very good bakery just over the street, from where each morning can be picked-up fresh pastries as part of the accomodation offer. Inside of appartment can be found everything needed, kitchen perfectly equipped, in bathroom are prepared standard cosmetics for all members, available to be borrowed things for beach ( umbrellas, flip-flops, towels, toys, etc.) and also some toys for children in the bedroom. And even with this it seemed all just perfect, on top of it, the owners are 2 persons with big hearts, really taking care and helping with anything, advising on things to do and see and reccomending hidden treasures of Sardinia:). To be honest, this level of carying I never seen so far during travels and accomodations in different places. It is something which is really rare and precious. Even thanks to them was our holiday fullfilled with nice trips and experiences and we enjoyed it perfectly.

Casa Dell’Artista is amazing, everything was prepared nicely by the lovely host Chiara (and I really mean everything from the welcome dinner to all the food in the fridge to everyday breakfast to biscuits+chocolates+candy to beer+wine to beach umbrellas slippers food bag beach hat sunscreen washing machine fans air conditioning microwave oven cooking utensils coffee machine smart TV jacuzzi pool!!! 🤩). We didn’t have to bring anything as everything was already there, we have to collect our breakfast from Pasticceria Manuel though ☺️ It’s unimaginable how Chiara could be so thoughtful to her guests. Location wise, it is walking distance to many tourist spots of Cagliari old town, otherwise bus stop is just 2min walk away. This homestay is a really memorable!

The property is very quirky and has a lot of amenities. Chiara is such a great host. Chiara and her husband offered us a refreshing aperitif and kept in touch throughout our holidays. We will be back

the location was excellent! close to the local market and the bus. easy access to the Marina as well. I walked everywhere and found the apartment very centrally located. The owner met me there and went over the apartment. she’s was very kind and provided some delicious local food and helped to make dinner reservations for me! She didn’t speak much English but we made it work with Google translate.

The neighbors upstairs were fairly loud. luckily they had children so the noise settled down once they went to bed.

The apartment had rustic charm while having all the modern convenience we required. Lots of space, clean and very comfortable The host has made this holiday apartment as comfortable as home

Lovely house, extra service supplying us with food and drinks, we were given a lot of useful info on the area, what to do in Cagliari and nearby. Definitely we will come back.

All was above our expectations.
