"Bea's Terrace" - Private Jacuzzi and panoramic rooftop in the City Centre

La casa è stupenda, così come la posizione. Il quartiere Villanova a mio avviso è il più bello della città. Il terrazzino molto bello, vista stupenda. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Credo che dato il livello alto dell’appartamento lo staff dovrebbe avere delle accortezze in più: la jacuzzi aveva la sabbia dentro appena arrivati; c’era una sedia con una gamba rotta che anziché tolta, è stata nascosta affinché non fosse utilizzata, ma in realtà era nella camera doppia in una posizione utilizzabile, tanto che mi sono seduta e sono caduta. Credo che avrebbero dovuto toglierla o quantomeno avvisarci! Non ho avvertito una massima pulizia della cucina, ad esempio le tovagliette erano tutte appiccicate tra loro, quindi non mi ispirava molto usarle. Avrei inoltre gradito una qualità migliore degli asciugamani. Sono piccolezze che però in una casa come questa a mio avviso non dovrebbero mancare!

Le jacuzzi que je n'ai pas utilisé était bruyant, pas d'info comment l'arrêter et a ma question par sms je n'ai recu qu'une photo sans plus de commentaire; j'ai eu une réponse avec instructions le lendemain, donc une deuxième nuit avec ce bruit. De plus j'ai payé la taxe jacuzzi DEUX FOIS. Une fois chez Booking lors de la réservation et une deuxième fois prélevé par l'établissement. A ce jour je n'ai pas encore reçu cette taxe assez importante car l'établissement ne répond pas aux relance de Booking. Cherchez l'erreur

Everything! Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, incredible view, great/quiet location, Piazza Gaetano Orrú in the evening when the neighborhood came out & it came alive. Donatella was the best host we have had! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment is cozy and stylish with nice Italian twist& has everything what's needed for short stay. Jacuzzi is a bonus. Location is great- few minutes walk to the center.

Terrace needs a bit of refresh& maintenance works. Worth to have heads up with online check in to make sure you don't get charge extra for jacuzzi.

Brak wcześniejszej informacji o konieczności opłaty za jacuzzi, ale w sumie dobry relaks po dniu wypełnionym zwiedzaniem.

Très confortable, emplacement parfait, internet très bon j’ai pu teletravailler sans soucis, il ne manquait rien et le petit plus le jacuzzi pour couronner le tout! En plus j’ai oublié un objet et le propriétaire est très arrangeant pour que je puisse le récupérer. Merci

My family and I really liked the accommodation. It is located in a quiet street where very few cars pass, right in the center of Cagliari. We used the larger of the two accommodation units, which was on the first and second floors of the house. The first floor serves as a living area consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. The second floor is the "living" part of the house, where the kitchen is located, but the space is also used as a living room with two entrances to the roof terrace with a jacuzzi. We liked it very much. We really enjoyed our stay and once again I want to highlight the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the accommodation right in the city center.
