Quiet location, living room was nice, clean and comfortable, TV, WiFi etc worked well. Friendly environment with kids out playing in the close.

Cleaning wasn't great, I had to wipe down crumbs on tables and chairs, and sweep the hall and stairs (no hoover available), generally felt "surface cleaned. Smelt of other people's cooking on arrival and garden was littered with rubbish with an overflowing bin. Parts of the house looked a bit worn, one of the bedroom windows wouldn't open and it was really hot, lino torn in the kitchen etc, not as per reviews I read. Kitchen stoked with very scratched pans, no grater etc.

Building was not well maintained, advertised as luxury apartment but did not feel that way. A Hot tub was also listen there but there was not one there

Central location, good wifi and tv channels

When we arrived the hallway, kitchen and lounge were covered in ants, granted it was a hot day but property could have been aired before hand. We did find some ant killer which makes me think this is a known issue.

Comfortable and clean apart from the kitchen! The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC too.

The kitchen equipment. We had to wash the plates , cups and glasses and cutlery that we would use and left them apart from the rest that we didn't use. They were not very clean at all! The oven could do with a bit of elbow grease too! Very little cooking equipment to use not that that bothered us as we didn't need to cook but anyone staying who would be self catering it would be a problem. There was a roasting tin in the oven that needs to go in the bin, it was very rusty! Some of the vertical blinds slats are missing, not a good look!
