good location and able to park outside. good wifi and clean.

kitchen facilities poor- old saucepans, limited utensils, a couple of bowls had been put away mouldy and dirty, no washing up bowl, no sink plug etc, no coffee machine/ cafetiere. No basic tea or coffee provided.

The property was exactly what we expected

A few things needed sorting but didn’t interfere with our stay

The place is very pleasant and clean when we arrived. Enough towels and cleaning detergents, shampoo, conditioner and hand washing liquid were there. Loved the little patch of the garden with just wild grass and chrysanthemums. Weeds and bees were there. Loved the kitchen too. Liked the dishes, cutlery and the chopping bird too. The house keeper is a lovely lady.

The pots and pans in the kitchen were all ruined. Nonstick pans which are damaged should be removed as people might use when they don't have an alternative to use. It is extremely unhealthy to use them. Better to provide stainless steal pans to avoid the misuse of nonstick pans by the visitors. Small wall fans would be an additional luxury in the bedrooms and the TV area. Also please put up a small message how to use the door handle to lock the door as the method is totally alien to lot of the Asian countries. The house keeper had to make an additional tour to show me how to lock the door. So it would save the trouble if a note is attached on how to lock the door from inside. Kitchen floor needs fixing as it is tearing apart and dirt is getting under it.

Easy to get to by car and park. Quiet place. Comfy beds.

The place was smaller than expected and could do with some revamping.

Location was excellent for the Boys as it was close to their working site. Host was very friendly and helpful and helped with the booking process as was for same night. Would stay again if in area for work.

There were a few things that could have been better and updated in property but didnt effect the stay or the comfort.

the beds were very comfy, and the heating was amazing, very fast coming on. location was great too. the host was also lovely over message good communication.

the shower was not on the wall which was fairly annoying especially for us girls! the battery’s in tv remote were flat so had to go and buy some although the host offered the housekeeper to come over the next day to sort it. I did think there might be some tea / coffee bits there but none there which is fair enough not all places do. one of the lamps In the bedrooms didn’t work, one bed was missing a pillow and there was no bath matt in the bathroom.
