GBThis beautiful accommodation is set in lovely countryside but is very convenient for Carlisle and the Lake District. The cottage is immaculate and extremely comfortable. It is even better than the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini break and we were sorry to leave.

GBGBGorgeous cottage in a lovely setting. We loved the view of horses grazing across the drive too. Very lucky with the weather so the outdoor area was perfect for breakfast in the sun, and drinks and nibbles in the evening. Outdoor blankets were provided and came in very handy. Beds very comfy and breakfast was a nice bonus. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and quiet getaway.
Not related to the host or cottage in any way, but if you're looking to get a taxi in to Carlisle, then it may be wise to pre-book, we did not and unfortunately it was a very busy evening so had to change our plans. Again, only a tip for others, we still had a lovely stay.
