Absolutely beautiful cottage. Very clean and comfortable and in a beautiful location. Nice pub a couple of miles down the road and easy access to nearby jedburgh Even nicer in real life than the pictures show

Perfect for investigating the Borders

This was our second visit (our third is booked) and it was just as we hoped. The cottage is exceptionally clean, welcoming and has everything we needed.

Great little cottage. Nice location. We stayed as we were visiting Keilder Water for an event. Whilst not immediately next to locale, it made for a better experience, imo and shouldn't be overlooked as 'too far away'. Quite location. Good facilities. Fantastic host. Will definitely book again, if around the area again.

The cottage was in a perfect location, it was very well equipped,everything you could possibly want,very comfortable and extremely clean. The hosts were very friendly ,would definitely book again

There was nothing at all to dislike,they had thought of everything.

The cottage is a home from home. This is the second time in 3 months that we have stayed here. This visit was just as good as the first visit. Ros is a fabulous host and on hand for any queries.

Our second stay at the steadings cottage. Location of the cottage is in a very quiet little village bit only 20 min drive from a bigger town for places to eat and shopping. The cottage itself is so peaceful and relaxing. Lovely layout with a big, well equipped kitchen. Double bedroom downstairs with a very comfortable bed. Had two Fantastic nights sleep (even through storm jocelyn). Private parking. Hopefully we will return a third time.
