wasn't as clean as it should be main bedroom needs better mattress little things need attending to like the door handle on microwave. foot pedal on bin broken. extractor fan in En suite not working

Site was ideally located, Betty had everything we needed and more, clean and comfortable. Site was fully equipped and had everything. Couldn't hear the entertainment from Betty the van.

We, as a group, found some of the Haven staff quite rude, food at the restaurant was of very poor quality. Not that it ruined pour break as we found a beautiful pub/restaurant 5 minutes away.....

The caravan was in need of a good clean. Worktops covered in crumbs, floor not swept properly, sticky foodstuff on coffee table. Toilets not properly cleaned - dirty beside hinges. Cobwebs in every room. Too much clutter. Full length window was very dirty - smears of hand prints and dog noses. I had to clean the caravan for about an hour before I was happy to unpack.

Good location and quiet. Clean but basic and was what you would expect. Nathalie was an excellent host.

Very few sockets are available to use in living/kitchen ( 5 people with mobiles to charge and a tablet). A few light bulbs out. Decking in need of attention.
