Chiddy Nook Cottage

Lovely cottage, nice homely feel, nice little touches like milk and biscuits. Dvds, books and games. Decor was lovely and the host was really nice. The people of Chideock are lovely, the manual in the cottage had lots of tips and places to visit. You can walk to the beach.

I was not aware of the church clock and the chimes going off all day and night until I arrived. I could wear earplugs but the dog reacted so sleep was broken. If you live here you are used to it but as an outsider not so much and it's no bother in the day time, just of a night.

Beautiful cottage in lovely gardens. Very tranquil and relaxing. Excellent crockery and glassware and wonderful selection of DVDs, books and games.

Sounds like nitpicking but could have done with more teaspoons and a pair of kitchen scissors

Location. Friendly host, free parking. Lovely cottage, well fitted out. Beautiful garden.

Shower could have been a bit hotter but that's a very minor point. Everything was great.

Very clean and comfortable, very much a home from home. Great location for walking.
