Location and hot tub was really good

Wifi was not having any internet connection, although states two bathrooms only one has a shower which was disappointing as the main reason for selecting the place was to have seperate showers.

Internet nonexistent and patchy reception for own data plans. I would have liked more baking ability- wooden spoon and a nonstick pan. This was our downtime cook for ourselves time.

Clean house and nice quiet location

The floor was wet when we arrived, little son slept and had a little bruise. No internt , you can’t watch Netflix when you are home Bad reception , no communication When we call to ask for help , the response was not good enough

Lots of space. Beautiful setting and view.

The location was convenient about 10 mins out of Rotorua. The area was quiet countryside. Lots of stars at night. Beds were comfortable. The spa was lovely though jets only work in one corner. The laundry facilities were good though in an adjacent building.

The single air conditioner/ heater makes a loud buzzing noise that can be heard in every room of the house. We notified the owner on arrival. He came and heard the sound yet nothing was done for the 3 days we were there. The shower screen door is broken and the shower temperature is difficult to regulate. The cook top takes 30 minutes to heat on full heat before you can start cooking.

Hot pool was a bonus. Beautiful house and location

The dehumidifier was a bit noisy.And that's my only complaint regarding this place

It was very clean and comfortable
