Warmth and comfort was great. The fact it had a spa was a decider for us. The laundry was a bonus. It was handy to the main town and attractions. Cats were friendly. House was spacious and had everything needed. Sky was fab.

The spa was a but smelly (maybe needed treating) and didn't warm up enough for us on the cold nights. This didn't stop us from going in it though. The host text back to messages at beginning but then didn't hear from them regarding the spa and turning up the heat.

Homely feel, well appointed kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, large rooms and family room. Beautiful views of the garden and the lake. Stayed only one night, wished we could stayed longer.

One bathroom for a three bedroom house was a surprise with only a toilet as the second bathroom. The shower was unclean and mouldy so not a pleasant experience

We had such a great time staying here. It's spotless clean and convenient because everything is equipped. I was worried because rained all day on the day of trip. But this house got rid of that worry. The Jacuzzi was so good with cold day. There was a heat pump, and electric blankets and heaters were prepared in each room, so the owner's consideration could be seen. Also, eggs and milk were provided from owner's warm heart too. We have been to several holiday homes in the countryside, this house is the best. Especially, the screen door on the window was the best for children who hate bugs. It was such a precious time. Thank you to the owner for giving me good memories on this wonderful family trip. I will come back next time and recommend it to all.

The views were amazing, it was comfortable and the animals came to visit us which was lovely. Such a beautiful place to reveal the gender of our baby with our parents.

This is a place where you truly relax. In the country a few miles from Rotorua. Quiet. Comfortable. Clean.
