Lavender Cottage

Friendly and welcoming host. Spacious with very warm and comfortable accommodation. Cottage was well equipped. Logs were provided for open fire but not needed as central heating was sufficient. Set in spacious surroundings. Extremely dog friendly.

Liked everything about the cottage. As there are no shops locally it would have been useful if pre- paid basic groceries such as milk could have been provided. Having said that complimentary tea and coffee was provided.

Lovely location and surrounding area, very quiet and peaceful Jamie our host was great and very approachable clean bedding, toilets and bath, kitchen fairly clean some of the pans could be a bit better washed up

the whole accommodation was run down, shabby, fusty and smelt strongly of soot, with dusty, chipped skirting boards and dirty windows. paint patchy and flaking off the walls in places it really could do with a professional proper redecorate and new carpets it has loads of potential The accommodation was equipped with miss matched furnishings, pictures, pots and pans and looked and felt like it had been equipped from the charity shop and the pound shop. There was no Wi Fi, we were told it was down in that postcode, but we found it worked well other places with that postcode? I have no idea how it scores a 9 on booking.com as I have always found the review score quite good before, I would not stay there again

very clean, well equipped and in a desirable location. also in a lovely location. The host was amazing and very helpful. The property was spacious and had everything we needed.

Everything was good.

Excellent location quiet and calming. Cottage was lovely and rooms in excellent order. Jaime the host was very welcoming and extremely helpfull in where we could walk our dog. Tables and chairs in the courtyard so you could sit outside and everyone we met was very pleasant, my wife and I will return.

We would struggle to find anything.
