Waking up to the smell of Jasmine and listening to bird song was such a treat. Dave & Alba were super friendly and helpful Hosts. The cottage was perfect. Had everything we needed. Everything was spotless and the beds are so comfortable. The Gardens are spectacular and magical, we didnt want to leave. The Kitchen was fully kitted and everything in the cottage is excellent quality. The Decor is classy and we felt right at home. We couldnt have asked for anything better. Peartree Cottage is the BEST!! We will be back again 100%

This was a beautiful, well appointed, luxury cottage, set in the most stunning landscaped gardens, reminiscent of an English Manor house. The kitchen contained everything a family of 4 could need, including a Nespresso and a juicer! The linen was luxurious, the place was pristine, there was always firewood available, and they have WiFi as well. Dave and Alba were gracious, welcoming and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting mystical Hogsback.

The cottage was beautiful and comfortable. It was well stocked with all the cutlery, crockery, and dishes needed for cooking. There was also some spices and extra things to assist with cooking. There was lots of wood stocked for the fireplace (which was really needed). The host came to meet and was so friendly and helpful, she even let us know of various activities and events happening in the area. We had an amazing stay at Pear Tree Cottage.

There was not anything we didn't like.

The cottage has every comfort you can ask for. We were there in the middle of winter, and it was so lovely and cosy with the fireplace and heated blankets. The kitchen is fully kitted and the cottage is modern and extremely tidy. A bonus is the massive garden with stream which we absolutely loved. Alba is the best host we have ever had.
