Handy Location, Ocean & Mountain Views, Close to Park - KK96845

We liked the view the location the outdoor deck and the facilities

We didn't like the shower head we think it needs fixing as the water doesn't spray out it just falls out

Very good setting.

There was no name or number on the house so difficult to work out which house we were staying in.

Nice location, walking distance to town (steep hill). Lovely view of Kaiterau (Mt Fyffe) & can see some view up the coast from the deck. The pohutakawa trees in summer flower in the park across the road would be beautiful. Comfortable with HVAC through the house keeping temperature consistent & air con in lounge if required.

If you book within three days if your stay the property managers won’t send you access/key information or address unless you contact them (which you do not know you need to do)! You receive an automated email saying they will send info but it doesn’t arrive. Their system needs improvement. I had to call & leave messages to try get information while I was waiting to check in without even knowing where the property was! Stressful. No off street parking. No dishwasher if there are families/groups which is likely given the capacity.

This house has a lovely outlook over the park towards the mountains and moments down hill to the sea. Two bedrooms were comfortable and the bunkroom was adequate. The kitchen and lounge were well equipped. The front deck was a lovely place to sit in the afternoon sun.

The shared driveway was close to the rooms and is a little uncomfortable. We were unsure if the garage was available to us.

Very comfortable and warm. Great location.
