Very nice property and Kaikoura is lovely

The access to local facilities was down a very steep slope, although our group was made up of people around 70 we did manage it ok but it wasn’t ideal. If anyone has any disabilities it would probably not be suitable

Location excellent. Property clean and well equipped. Bathroom would benefit from modernisation. Bunk bed uncomfortable for an adult. Overall we were pleased we had chosen Albatross as a place to stay.

Space, location. Property very well equipped View from deck, altho a bar leaner/higher table would be a good addition to enjoy more whilst relaxing

The house was comfortable. The scenery amazing. Location perfect. We will definitely be back.

The chairs on the balcony are not great for older people with mobility issues. We both struggled to sit in them and get out of them. Only sat out there once because of the seats. Which was a shame because the deck is awesome.

Large TV, Netflix, comfortable seating, dining, beds. Beautiful Linen, plenty of all we needed, Lovely deck and view, close to town, easy parking, relaxing and quiet.

The shower was difficult to control, showerhead couldn't adjust. Recommend shower gell or soap. The grandkids didnt like that there was no dishwasher despite a note on the booking sheet. The garage door needs fixing so it opens so we can park and unload especially when its raining. Had to operate the door manually.
