The location is perfect as a base to explore Kos. Walking distance to the ferry, close to many excellent restaurants and shops. The layout is very nice unless you have mobility issues, as there are three storeys and you shouldn't mind walking up and down stairs. The yard provides a lovely outdoor setting for meals and breaks and the jasmines smell heavenly in the evening. The mosquito nets and shutters are very useful, and the bed is huge. The host is helpful in resolving any issues that may arise. The laundry machine also helps. All in all, it's very good value for money.

It did not bother us but a few words of caution: There are stairs to reach both the living room and the bedroom so this would not be a good choice for you if you have mobility issues or small children. The house is located on a corner across from a church. You will hear church bells on Saturday and Sunday, and some traffic noise in the mornings (and also somewhat at night). If those will bother you, maybe opt for somewhere else.

Δεν είχα αντιληφθεί ότι ήταν μαζονέτα 1ου και 2ου ορόφου και δυσκολεύτηκα διότι είχαμε αρκετες αποσκευές.

Lovely clean apartment. Very good location. Very good communication from host regarding access and airport transfers.

It did not affect us, but as it is a Maisonette, it is set over 2 floors with winding steps to reach each level. We found this absolutely fine, but it may not suit everyone. Only negative to this apartment is the occasional bells ringing from the church directly across the road. Some days, they rang once at 7am, some days 3 times early morning. Other days, not at all. We got used to it, though.

La casa é in posizione perfetta , vicino al centro dove fare delle belle passeggiate la sera a piedi . Bello il centro vecchio con i negozi di souvenir e il lungomare con navi e ristoranti. La casa é ben attrezzata e adatta a una famiglia di anche 4 5 persone o coppie di amici grazie ai 2 bagni . Comodissima la lavatrice per chi viene in aereo e si porta poche cose , in una notte il bucato sul terrazzo si asciuga .

Sarebbe da attrezzare un pò di più il reparto stoviglie .... solo per consiglio ma oer il resto tutto perfetto

KOS is a beautiful place! the apartment is nice and in a very strategic position, close to the center. Greece is always a lovely place where to spend vacation time!

During our vacation, we encountered a significant issue with the water supply, particularly in the kitchen. This problem had already been noted in previous review (posted after our staying there), so it was known to the host. The lack of water was due to external work by the municipality, which was beyond the host's control. While we appreciate the host's efforts to communicate the disappointment to the authorities, it is essential to acknowledge the challenges this situation posed for us from the beginning to the end of our stay. Water is a fundamental necessity, and its absence meant we couldn't cook, wash dishes, forcing us to alter our vacation plans significantly. Understanding from the host to support us in a kind way and possibly improve our stay would have been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, our interactions with the host were not very pleasant. In hindsight, we should have contacted Booking directly, but we didn't. Lesson learned.

Merkeze olan mesafesi mükemmeldi. 8-10 dk içinde plaj ve merkezi konumlara ulaşmak mümkün. Tesis son derece temiz ve iki katta da banyo bulunması konaklama için mükemmel oldu.

Salondaki kanepe uzun süreli konaklama için çok rahat bir seçenek değil.

Mary’s maisonette was the perfect location for our stay in kos in the middle of the town the host couldn’t of done more for us and the property itself was beautiful
