Modern 4-bed Cottage Llanwrst Town Centre & Parking - Snowdonia! near Betws-y-Coed

It was comfortable and still quite new.

The pillows are not that soft and comfortable, towels smell cigarettes, the drain from the shower upstairs is blocked and we needed to unblock it.

The property was very comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing environment. The instructions to find the property were clear and easy to follow, which made our arrival stress-free. The property has space for 2 car parking, and there is a Co-op just a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The accommodation had most utensils, so we made use of the kitchen for a few meals, and it also has a dishwasher.

The hosts had a lack of communication and ignored my message, although check-in and check-out instructions were provided. For a booking of four nights with six people, only two toilet rolls were provided, which was insufficient. The property is advertised as having two bathrooms, but the downstairs bathroom is actually a small shower room. The hosts emphasised recycling however the bins could not be located.

2nd Bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor, this makes is really not comfortable. Wanted another towel, owner refused to provide additional one.

The check out time as terrible its too early 10 AM, we requested to check out by 11 AM but it was refused, with small kids 10 AM check is way to early.

Property is at good location for snowdon hike, only 20 minutes drive to Pen Y Pass. Good size accommodation for a group of 10. Kitchen is well equipped.

The bin outside the property weren't emptied and flies were nightmare inside and outside the property. This was the most annoyed part of our stay. However the owner asked neighbour to half empty the bin which allows us to put the rubbish away. But flies never left the building.
