Modern 4-bed Cottage Llanwrst Town Centre & Parking - Snowdonia! near Betws-y-Coed

Clean and lovely house. I will recommend it for staying in this cottage.

The property was very clean, tidy and well equipped. The checking in and check out instructions were very clear. When we needed to contact the owners to ask questions, they responded very quickly and were very helpful. Great location for mountain biking.

We couldn’t get TV signal on any of the TVs so we ended up watching BBC iplayer and Netflix so it wasn’t an issue for us but it might be for some guests. Also we couldn’t find any bedding for the sofa bed so we used the bedding from one of the single beds.

Our stay at the cottages was phenomenal. Perfectly located between all our planned activities with easy access to local facilities/main roads. A brilliant start to our holiday and a great base camp to relax at the end of our days. Our hosts were swift and friendly when sending all the relevant details over to us and were in contact throughout which was great. The cottage was immaculately clean and there were supplies in there already (coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, tp, crockery, tableware, cooking utensils, etc...) which made our stay far more comfortable and easy. The cottage boasted 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate restroom, and a separate shower room which would be great for any family/group. There was also a tv in the living room, kitchen, and attic room all preloaded with Netflix/BT/Roku, etc... (which we thoroughly enjoyed after a long day). Parking on the property was brilliant and the property was easy to find; thanks to the initial contact from the hosts'. We could go on and on, as the list of positives for this property is very long. 10 out of 10, would book this property again. Thoroughly impressed by the presentation, practicality, and price point.

Beautifully decorated, modern cottage close to local amenities and centrally situated to visit the many out door activities in the area. Very clean. Every practically catered for, for example, dishwasher tablets, hand soap in bathrooms and foil in kitchen - the things you would generally forget. Wonderful communication from owners.

This lovely house was a perfect holiday find. We were in Wales for a weekend and needed a base for our family- 5 of us and a dog. The house is newly refurbished and everything has been done to a really high standard. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need and the living room has lots of room, information on the local area and toys and games. The property is in a really good location, close to the town with shops and take aways. Llanwrst is absolutely stunning with it’s beautiful bridge across the river and beautiful river walk- perfect if you’re bringing your dog with you. across the river is also a play park which was great for our girls. The rooms all have plenty of space and are furnished beautifully. The finishing touches are what make this place really special. The hosts communication throughout was excellent. We felt as though we could ask questions at any time. The instructions to get to the property were easy to follow and the parking was good and the use of the key lock box made it really easy. We really love this area of Wales and will definitely stay here again when we’re back.
