Appartamento Martina C.

The apartment is on very good location. It's 5 minutes from two big stores and 10 minutes from the buss stop for Venice. The owner is really nice women. She was waiting for us at the apartment and explained everything we needed for our stay (travel to and from Venice, also where we could get travel cards, as well as shops and restaurants in the area).

L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale di Marghera, molto tranquilla e con possibilità di parcheggiare in strada. Non dista molto dalla stazione di Venezia Mestre, 10 minuti a piedi, o dalle fermate del bus che porta a Piazzale Roma a Venezia, 5 minuti massimo. L'appartamento è come da foto, molto pulito. Letti e cuscini comodissimi! Per una famiglia o coppia di amici è perfetto, ha due camere matrimoniali indipendenti, un bagno, una cucina e una zona living. È anche vicinissimo a due grandi supermercati. Lo consiglio!

Das Zentrum ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und in der Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie die Bushaltestelle nach Venedig. Das Personal war sehr höflich.

Totul a fost perfect conform așteptărilor și descrierii de pe site, calitate-preț nota 10, potrivit pentru familii, apartament spațios, recomand cu încredere aceasta locație!

Nu am ce sa obiectez, a fost liniște , curat, chiar întâmpinați cu apă, șampanie și 2 bilete de autobuz spre Veneția 🥰

The property was located outside Venice. You could reach Venice by bus from there in a very convenient way and could leave your car safely parked at the residence. The host was very friendly, we could even store our bicycles safely in his own, lockable garage. The Appartment was very clean, the Furniture etc quite aged already but solid. Worth staying there if you do not want to have a Venice hotel experience.

Apartment is nice, very large and very comfortable. Location is great. There are also 2 balcony. Parking place in backcourt. There is Lidl 2 minutes by walking. Aroind are many pizzerias, bars in ealling distance like 15 minutes. Bus 6/6L is about 7 minutes walking and take you to Venecia in around 15 to 20 minutes, bus is going 3 or 4 times per hour. Owners canmot speak english, only Italian and Rusian but comunication was easy. There was welcome bottle of prosecco, 4 bottle of water and 4 tickets for bus. Very nice for new guys in town 🙂Last day we spent already our 48 hours tickets, we ask owner if they can sell us 4 tickets and they give for free, very gentle and appreciated.

In kitchen no bake, toaster but we was expecfing this and get own toaster since kids love toasts.
