Beautiful spacious apartment with great location. Easy to reach Venice by public transport. Hosts are very kind and helpful.

Very good choice for reaching Venice by bus or train. Clean, spacious rooms, quiet apartment building, with pizzerias and a Lidl very close by. The kitchen features everything you might need. Kind hostst.

Clean nice room ,host made up room every day (change the towel,blanket)

Very clean. Plenty of towels and extra pillows. Kitchen well stocked. Very good WiFi connection.

No electric kettle. Had to boil a pot of water for tea, but it wasn’t too much of a hardship!

Apartment is very beautiful and it has all the things needed to stay during vacation. I like the balcony on the both the sides. Martina is great host, we didn't have any problem during our stay. I would definately recommand her place. Venice city is 20 mins by bus and bus stop is at 5 mins walk. Lidy supermarket is very close.

Very clean, clear, with lots of space and nice location. The hosts were lovely people and left some basic items and drinks for us.

the only thing might be that there is no washing machine which might be a little inconvenient if you need to wash clothes.

Outside of Venice, need to walk and then get a bus

Location is great for getting short bus ride into central Venice Island. Residential area, Lidl and other supermarkets are close by. Car parking spot onsite too. Couple do not speak English but we managed to understand each other somehow :).

Maybe provide electric kettle and toaster. But managed with gas hob and grill in microwave which takes longer. Not ideal but could add to comfort and convenience of stayers. Especially if you have lots of toast and hot drinks to make in the morning.
