"I had a really pleasant three nights stay, highly recommended for single or couples."

Accommodation was in a separate flat to the main residence. It was compact, cozy and very comfortable. You had private access to flat and on-site parking. The host 'Linda' was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The location made it very easy to explore the countryside around Matamata and to visit the Hobbiton attraction. Continental breakfast provided.

"A cosy little B&B"

It was immaculate and beautiful! Such a cosy and welcoming space, with a lovely addition of breakfast! Linda welcomed us and we had a lovely chat, she introduced us to some of her family and gave some advice to stop at Kiwi House, which we did (and saw a Kiwi!). The bed was comfortable, especially once we switched on the heated blankets. Overall 10/10, we almost wish we stayed an extra night!

Great value for money! 15 minutes to Hobbiton. The cabin was spotless clean and really comfy. The breakfast is a nice plus :)
