Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Everything you need for a nights stay. Particularly liked there was a kitchenette and you didn't have to use the bathroom tap or sink for access to water.

Walking back and forth past the owners in their home space was a bit embarrassing for us and them I suspect.

A lovely free standing unit in an open garden, it contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is on the edge of town and is about 15mins from Hobbiton. The host came out to meet me on arrival and showed me through the unit. Would definitely recommend.
