We had a wonderful stay! Linda was such a friendly and helpful host, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. The tiny house is lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need — including a great selection of breakfast options. After our long trip we really appreciated how peaceful and quiet the property is. It was the perfect place to relax and recover. The atmosphere was very pleasant and made us feel right at home. Another big plus is the location — very close to the Hobbiton Movie Set, which was one of the highlights of our journey. We can warmly recommend both the accommodation and its lovely host. Thank you, Linda, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Schöner Empfang, Linda erzählte uns was man in der Umgebung alles unternehmen kann. Geräumiges Zimmer, wir hatten alles was man braucht, Frühstück wurde uns bereit gestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Linda und Steve

We loved the unit, it had all the amenities we needed and was very thoughtfully decorated. Linda was very nice and helpful when we accidentally drove to the wrong place (don't use booking.coms directions, just look up the address)

Linda was very welcoming and the little cabin was perfect for our needs.

Many details and equipments for us to feel comfortable. Breakfast was correct.

The room was not settled when we arrived at six, (it happens) and fortunately the owners were able to react quickly. Otherwise, we found the room rather tiny. The shower system is … to improve, as playing with hot and cold mixing tap is a mess.

I can’t think of anything. It is small, but it looked cute in the pictures and we were only going to be there a short time.

Very homey. Everything you could want. Continental breakfast. Hosts are lovely very helpful people who make you feel very welcome.
