"Great location, comfortable, clean property."

Great location! Very beautiful 15 minutes drive to Hobbiton. Easy 2 minute drive into town. Kitchen facilities good - we ended up cooking in as we were tired from travelling. Check in was so easy! Lock box right outside door, was texted code before arrival Owners were super helpful in allowing us an early check in as the room was ready early Lovely decor. Everything we needed.

"Celebrating my birthday.. It was lovely ..clean & cosy . Just struggled with plates etc for entertaining 5 people.."

Photos showed lots of room and looked well looked after and most of all CLEAN .♥️

That we couldn’t park on property.. don’t like leaving car on road . We did struggle with TVs in room .. could not turn them on !! 😂

"Superb"

Brilliant 3 bedroom house, which was perfect for a short stay when we were visiting Hobbitton. It had everything you need as a family, and there were even more beds than in the photos. Would definitely stay here again.

"Beautiful home, that was perfect for our family."

With older kids, having a full house that offered separate bedrooms was a huge bonus! The house overall, was beautifully presented & offered all the comforts of home while travelling. The full laundry with washer & dryer were the cherry on top!

Would have loved a full sized off-street parking space, but otherwise no changes required.

Great instructions, clean and tidy property.

Close to neighbours and a driveway down the side of the house with early morning cars going in and out.
