Ease of booking even though it was last minute on our part, we had immediate out reach from the host. The neighborhood is quiet, has off road parking, and was within a few minutes of Hobbiton.

It was more space than we needed.

"In town to visit Hobbiton which was less than 20mins away. Location to town was perfect as we had restaurants and shops"

Very spacious and comfortable for my party of 5. All beds provided restful sleep. Home has 2 queens and 2 twin beds divided amongst 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels and linens available. Had WiFi and even some board games stocked.

No qualms, property was easy to find and a comfortable stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was cozy and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect place for my bridesmaids and I to get ready for my wedding. Lots of space with lovely and bright natural light. So glad we booked to stay there for our wedding weekend away!
