"Host was considerate, access was easy, and beds were comfy!"

The host was very considerate providing tea, coffee and all the little items that are welcoming. The property was easy to find and access. The comfort of the beds were most welcomed for weary travelers. The location to Hobbiton could not have been more convenient unless it was walking distance. :). The street was calm and quiet. Thank you for sharing your property with us.
