"Visiting to do the hobbiton tour, this place was perfect, it was nice and close, a very lovely place to stay."

"Cute place, perfect base Hobbiton!"

Very cute little home, heating worked well, staff were lovely and it was well priced for what it was.

We had no hot water for majority of our stay as the gas bottle hadn’t been replaced. However, once the hosts found out about the issue they replaced the bottle and were very apologetic and offered us a free breakfast on our last day at a nice cafe, which was appreciated. One other thing was that we found the beds and pillows very uncomfortable! Three of us ended up with back pain as the pillows were too hard and lumpy, and the bed was quite soft. I would advise investing in some good feather pillows for comfort of the guests.
