"A great property for a family."

Great location and good size for our family.

The house is very hot and needs improved ventilation. The property also needs some significant maintenance.

"Good for Hobbiton & Blue Springs"

We stayed at HOH as it was close to Hobbiton. The space was big enough for 2 couples. The pictures looked a little better than the actual accommodation, but beds were comfortable enough. Town is walkable.

Some upgrades are needed and we had to ask how to access the laundry.
