Kees Apulian Stay

10/10. Perfect location and high standard. Very nice and responsive host.

A great and comfy apartment with everything you need for your stay. Less than 10 minutes away by foot from the old town. Had multiple shops, pharmacies etc in proximity. The hosts were nice and very supportive.

It was probably the most comfortable apartment we’ve ever stayed in! The place was very clean, perfect for a couple, with a cute patio and extremely comfortable bed. The owner was super lovely. We’ve loved everything about it!

- The Host was very friendly, welcoming, and contact was very easy. She made sure we’re oky throughout our stay and gave us great recommendations . - The location of the property was very convenient , couple of minutes walking from the train station. It was very convenient for us as we arrived late an the Monopoli train station . In addition, the neighborhood is safe , quite, with accessible parking spots if you are renting a car. It is very close to the historic center, 10 minute walk. - Accessing the apartment was very easy, though we arrived late, the host made sure to make it a smooth process. She also greeted us the next morning, and made sure to say goodbye on our last day too, very sweet. -The apartment itself is renovated, very clean, very cozy,and the bed and pillows are super comfortable too. There is also a small kitchenette with a coffee machine, and some welcome snacks ( thank you so much for that) . Bathroom is super clean and new , provided with all you need, from shampoo, soap, and clean towels. You can find a hair dryer, washing machine, and clothing iron too. Overall, the stay was amazing. We were delighted to have chosen Kee’s Apulian Stay to explore Puglia. Monopoli is a charming town, and this accomodation has made our experience extra comfortable.

There was nothing negative about our stay.

We enjoyed the location of the property as it was an easy 15 minute walk to the historic district. We preferred to stay in the local neighborhood. We felt safe and parking was easy to find each day. We loved having a separate room for the kitchen from the bedroom, and really appreciate the great coffee maker and welcome snacks. We had trouble getting one of the air conditioner units working but it wasn't a problem. The bathroom shower was a bit dingy, old and could use a little updating. The little terrace was an added bonus but there really wasn't a "city view" as described in the advertisement. The bedroom was very big and has plenty of storage and counter space.

The only thing that could be better would be the shower. The accordion doors were goofy and there was quite a bit of rusty mold along the bottom edge. For three days it was fine.

The accommodation was full of everything you would need, everything was clean and modern and the host was extremely helpful and understanding. We had 4 hours delay on the airport and the host was nice enough to arrange a late check-in. The room is within walking distance of the center, the train station, couple of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. In the area there is plenty of free parking spots and the neighborhood is quite and safe. We had wonderful time in Monopoli and we strongly recommend Kees Apulian Stay!

Nothing, everything was perfect

The accommodation exceeded our expectations, the location of the apartment was amazing, everything was accessible. Both the train station, an excellent cafe and within walking distance the old town of Monopoli. The owner was friendly and smiling. The amenities and service were above standard. Next time we visit Monopoli again, we will use her accommodation again.
