Location excellent for us- bit off the main area, so very quiet, but close enough for a short walk to the center. Washing machine was an extra bonus Kitchen amenities were great to have Though parking was on the street an first come first serve, we found a spot within 1-2 car lengths each time we returned

Rosanna the hostess is very pleasant, though we had minimal contact. English speakers be aware: English is not spoken here, so communication was difficult with my very limited Italian. Anna (Rosanna's niece) was available and does speak enough english to help immensely, but I do not know how often she is available.
