Great apartment in the old city center

Amazing location - right in the centre of it all, but there was never any noise at night. The terrace was lovely (very hot up there but lovely later in the evening). Thank you Mauro!

A lovely place to stay right in the middle of the old town, close to all the best places but still pretty quiet. The best thing is the covered rooftop terrace, an ideal place to relax in the afternoon or evening. The property manager Mauro met us at the train station which was a nice way to start our stay in Monopoli.

Great position, clean and excellent host.

Situation is perfect and the terrace is a beautiful place to chill out after a day's walking or sightseeing. Loads of excellent restaurants nearby.. Mauro was so helpful and kind and gave us lots of useful advice. The oerfect host.

Some of the crockery and glassware need replaced. OK for breakfast but not suitable for cooking dinner although with so many good restaurants nearby eating out is the best option

Mauro was an exceptional host. Communicating with him was a pleasure. He kindly met me at the train station and also offered a ride to the station the day I checked out. The apartment was quiet, cool and comfortable. The bed was firm and the pillows were not too hard nor too high. The shower was quite spacious with good water pressure. Mauro provided bottled water and a welcome snack. It was a fantastic choice to stay in the old town as it was very lively, lots of great restaurants, cafés and boutiques nearby and close to all the top attractions. I loved my stay and would come back again!

Whilst small it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was close to bars and restaurants and the sea walls.

We thought originally we had booked the appartment with the large terrace as in the photographs. We actually were given a small appartment with no outside space. I complained and the owner said he had informed me of this. Looking back through my mails I did in fact find his message which I hadn’t seen at the time. My fault of course. But we wanted the outside space so if we had seen his mail we would have cancelled and found another place.

The location was great. Very crowded in the streets around the apartment but as we were on the top floor with a private terrace we could get away if we wanted to. It was easy to reach the beaches, station and shops.

Nothing. It was all great.
