The location was brilliant. A short walk to shops, pubs and takeaways. Plenty off road parking as the front garden has been chuckied. Tea, coffee, sugar and cooking oil, along with cooking utensils, pans and lots of other bits and pieces. Could use a few more glasses although we got by with the mugs. Excellent recycling set up, easy for us to use. Back garden space is low maintenance but perfect for our group. Plenty seating. Great shower. Large and good water pressure.

One of our group didn't sleep well on the lower bunk in the smallest room. Lumpy mattress. Asked for the extra beds as advertised but was refused. Our group dropped a number so it worked out fine in the end. No double bed in one of the rooms as advertised.
