Farmhouse Cottage set in beautiful countryside

The host was incredibly kind and informative. We had a marvellous time at the farmhouse. The rooms and kitchen were clean and spacious. The bed was tremendously comfortable. We hadn’t had such good quality sleep for quite a long time. The farmhouse is nestled at the foot of a low grassy hill, which leads walkers to a picturesque pond and an idyllic picnic spot. We had a lovely walk there the next morning, which was a perfect conclusion to our regrettably short stay.

The place is impeccable.

Beautiful rural location tucked away on a working farm. Close to the delightful market town of Oswestry. Great views and nice walks close by. No high heels here !

Beautiful area. Cottage itself set in the midst of a working farmyard, we live in a similar set up so very happy with that, but may be an issue for some people who don’t appreciate the reality of working farms.

Beautiful setting, the cottage was absolutely gorgeous and being on the farm was a bonus. The walk to the lake was beautiful and the views just stunning. What a lovely break away we had, we will definitely book again. We travelled with 2 teenagers knowing there was no Wifi, I'm glad there wasn't as we had a complete uninterrupted break and time without the children inconstantly on their phones.... absolute bliss The host was charming as couldn't do enough for us all.
