DEVON BEACH STATION

Value for money. Nice location.

An ideal size for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Location is brilliant for the town/beach/station. The outside area was a bonus for us in the hit weather to be able to have a bbq

There are a few element of the house that need some pretty major work such as the rear flat roof and fencing in the garden. Some general modernising with decoration, bathroom facilities and mattress in the down stairs bedroom. A trim of the front garden also needed to help match the picture in Google image when finding the property. Overall still a great stay and we’d happily return

The place was very comfortable and cozy, with an amazing host. The basket full of goodies was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. It had everything we needed for a perfect few day getaway.

The neighbours aren't that great...which was such a shame as the place itself had no issues.

What a great house, very close to town centre and a few min walk to beach. Booked this for family for a weekend. Clean and tidy with all mod cons and even a hamper waiting. We had a great time here, even though the heavens opened up and we where like drowned rats, bur can't beat coming back to a loverly cosy home. Host is brill and answered all questions and made us feel most welcome. I have this placed saved now for any future visits Well done and thank you John and fanily

The initial view was slightly alarming as the from garden is well overgrown, however once inside everything was good.

The beds were very comfortable, the location was very convenient, near both beaches, splashdown and coach station. The host was so kind by providing us with scones and snacks upon arrival.
