Hot tub and location

The house was stunning, the decor was gorgeous. The house was clean and tidy. Was so nice to come away for Christmas and it had a Christmas tree which lenka sorted out for us as we asked if it would be decorated for Christmas. Was so nice to relax when the kids were in bed in the hot tub. Bed were comfortable, the showers were good. Big spacious bathroom. Its a lovely family home. It was right on the beach which we loved, few minutes walk away. Local shops. We would definitely come back. The area was nice also. We didn't want to leave it was lovely there. Also lenka was great, answered any questions we had.

Fantastic lovely house everything you need home to home feel best one I have stayed in by far very clean and comfy beds lovely kitchen we loved the hot tub private garden which I loved amazing house would recommend to everyone very quick prompt messages from the host and very lovely and so helpful they go above and beyond I love the host has thought of everything in the house washing machine so handy to have everything was a great experience and we will be back

Good location for the beach

The property was absolutely disgusting, we paid alot of money to stay for two nights. I could not wait to leave. Bedding hadnt been changed in one room. Urine stains all over the sheets and duvet, blind in the bedroom doesn't close all the way, so people on the high street can see you in bed. The house was generally dirty. Hot tub was very dirty. Water smelt. The downstairs bedroom absolutely stank of feaces l. We were not able to use that bedroom as it made us all feel physically sick. Wouldn't come back to this property. I have told the home manager it's not fit for purpose

We liked how close we was to the beach and shops.

Think the cleaning could be improved , very dusty , lots of cobwebs . There was a lot of things needed improving . Couldn’t open the window upstairs in front of bedroom and given the high temperatures it was very much needed for ventilation . The blinds were too short for the windows which then let the light in . Light bulbs not working in many lamps . The garage where we parked our car was like a giant cat litter as it was made of stones , numerous cat faeces everywhere , resulting in lots of flies and a horrible smell . Fans supplied not working properly . No normal Tv only Netflix . Could do with a re vamp as lots of damp and cupboards quite grubby . Our boot when opened hit the roof of the garage and has now scratched and slightly dented our boot . Which we will have to pay to repair .

The location

It was a bit tired looking. In need of some tlc. Hardly any saucepans and no baking trays, so hard to cook a family meal.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk to Paignton front and all amenities. Good size well equipped family house with parking spaces for 2 small cars.

House looks tired compared to the photos and there is an issue with damp in the living room and upstairs master bedroom. Floorboard broken in the living room & oven very dirty. The house is situated on a very busy main road.
