Spaven Mor, Near Penzance Stations, 3 bedroom home

Cosy 3-storey house in a fantastic location in Penzance. Lovely decor. Walking distance to where you need to go in the town. If you have a car, great central location to attractions, no parking at house but there is secure parking 5 min walk away. Stacey was so friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had and check in/ check out was easy.

Me and my partner loved how homely the property was and it was in the most perfect location (have put picture of the view from end of the road)

The location is very convenient, in the centre of the town. The house is spacious and lovely. The host was very helpful in explaining everything.

The oven is a bit too old, which couldn't make my roast properly.

The location is great. It’s right near the station and high street. Spaven Mor is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. You can tell the host really looks after the property. The kitchen is equipped with what you need when you get there. The bedrooms and bathroom are a great size and you have plenty of towels for each guest. One day the hot water stopped due to boiler issues but the host was so helpful, immediately taking care of the issue. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property as a base to see Cornwall.

We loved everything.

The location was great - 5min walk into town. The house was very clean and decorated to a high standard. The rooms were comfortable for a family of 5. There was a small yard with a table and 2 chairs which was really nice for breakfast. The bathroom was clean and the shower was really refreshing. Close to local town centre shops but also 2 large supermarkets close by. The host was very responsive and amenable.

We had a car so as you couldn't park directly outside the house. We had to hunt for a car parking space in neighbouring streets every time we returned from a journey. The streets were tight and always full but we managed to find a space every time. although it was a few mins walk back to the house.

location. very handy for Scillonian ferry. beautiful very tasteful decor.

upstairs bedroom creaked a lot and bathroom door very noisy I; the middle of the night

Really well appointed, comfy and close to station and easy walk to cafes, restaurants. Friendly and really clear instructions from host.
