"Passable"

no lock to the bathroom, no double bed or king size mattresses, weed overgrown, filthy conservatory, overgrown garden, derelict property, outdated , unwelcoming, kids were sacred to enter

"Very poor"

House was a good size in a nice neighbourhood.

1. The Pots in the kitchen of poor quality and no big pots available 2. The Oven was a disgrace 3. Only 2 "sharp " knives and they were not sharp Bathroom: 1. Shower did not drain properly, so consequently you stood in a pool of water, and we had a flood the one day 2. No Mirror in bathroom 3. Bath towels of poor quality and only 4 sets for 6 of us 4. Nowhere to hang towels Bedroom 1. No sockets by bed therefore no bedside lamps Main Bedroom: No wardrobe !!! Garden: The picture on the website definitely does not portray what we got - over grown bushes etc. Lawn not mowed. Back of property certainly not inviting. Conservatory roof full of muck - plants growing through the windows - photos on website, showed a lovely tranquil place to sit - not a chance !!! We spoke to the managing agents, and it was a waste of time, as they had an excuse for everything. We are looking for a refund of some sort. Please look into this for me.
