Carnowen Cottage

I love everything about this property, this is now my second time being here and will 100% be back. This is my favourite property of all the places I have been so far. I love the styling , quirkiness of the property. The place is spotless, the last time I stayed here it was pretty spotless, but I feel this time, It seemed as though somehow it felt as if it had a deep clean, can’t explain it , just felt super spotless this time around. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is great , the kitchen has everything you could ever need. Outside is just as good, a concrete area for kids to play, basketball ball etc ( yes there is a net there). A large grass area to play or just chill on, a patio area with bench. And if you like wildlife your in luck also, because I think I spent over an hour at my breakfast just watching the rabbits walk round the garden unfazed by me , just doing what rabbits do. The bedrooms are very spacious with just about every game you could want to play. This is 100% the cleanest and well kit out house we have been to.

If I was to be super critical, and in a perfect world , I would like a slightly bigger tv and perhaps just a slightly faster internet, just because there are 6 of us and with the kids and that all on tablets etc at times , it came be a strain. But this it just me being super critical as I love my tv , and I have a massive tv at home and it just makes other tvs look so small to me now and hard to watch. But this is not going to be an issue for most.

I loved the way the cottage looked , the decor, all the we nic naks , the furniture was just all so in keeping with what it was, a true Irish cottage. I have stayed in a few Irish Cottages over the past couple of years, and this one clearly stand out as the best and cleanest from them all, it really stands out. A yard where there are gates, the kids could play in safety. One of most well equipped kitchens I have ever seen in a holiday cottage, the bedrooms were all spacious. Also one of the best selection of games etc for the kids. I have never seen our kids as excited to stay in a house as they did in this one. It really is right up there at the top for us. We all loved it. I’m sure there is stuff I missed out. So best way to find out is to go stay a few nights yourself, you won’t be disappointed We absolutely loved it and will 100% be back in the future.

I can’t think of single bad point to make about this property, I really can’t. Unless maybe to hide the guitar as my kids liked it a bit too much and I had no earplugs lol.
