I like the villa because it was big

No electricity and water for several hours and no attendants when we need them esp when it is time for cooking and we had no idea how to operate the gasul.

Staff was polite and helpful

Transparency : Seaview became partial sea view. Completely no view as there was a large van parked blocking the tiny viewof the beach. One thousand deposit was required. This was not disclosed on booking. Kitchen including the fridge were very dirty

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Beach front was very good at the quiet place of San Juan.

The place is accessible and the staffs were kind.

- We were told that we booked a room that has an outside CR, and transferred to another room. - However, what we got was a bathroom that has no flush, they will not provide any toiletries, no bidet (they will only give you towel and one tissue, and then no more) I mean these are the basics for proper accommodation. - The aircon was not enough to cool the room, electric fan was an option. - I think the place needs a lot of improvement and renovation. - Even though it’s a just a beachfront (indicated as sea view room, noooot really) Go to other places for better view and relaxation.

The common comfort rooms not properly cleaned and maintained.

The cottage was too small, dirty, and damaged/dilapidated. The doors were faulty, the floors were creaking and you’d be afraid to step on them fearing you’ll fall throught. The electric fan looked like it has not cleaned/maintained in years. Only the lower bedroom had aircon and the upper room did not and with no opening for the cool air to flow from the lower bedroom to the upper bedroom. Both bedrooms were cramped. The toilets are all faulty and so were the showers. The staff charged us Php500 for corkage for a bottle of whiskey that we brought back from a bar BUT did not drink in the property. They just automatically charged us with corkage without seeing us drink the whiskey and just saw among our things. The free breakfast was poor. Hotdog egg and rice for the first morning then cooked ham, egg and rice for the second morning. The hotdogs were not cooked properly and the rice amount was small.

I liked how the staff and the manager personally attended our needs during our stay.
