Beachfront. Friendly staff. Parking just in front of the Kubo.

Nothing. We actually left and looked for another accommodation. We had to give up what we paid for.

Its dirty.

I like the staffs. They are friendly and nice.

The facilities, no pool to swim with incase you cant swim the beach because the waves are not for swimming area. The air conditioning cant cool the entire room, we borrowed a fan. Very expensive for an area that you cant even swim.

Resort was vacant. No one at the hotel. Ran the doorbell 20 times. Called the numbers to call. Nothing. Emailed the address given. Nothing. Left after 30 minutes. They took my money however and yet to give it back.

Location - place was not crowded; neighboring resort/crowd observed quiet time especially at night. Raymond (welcoming host/manager) - responsive to our needs; It was convenient that we had our own bathroom/toilet even if we had to walk to and from the room/cottage.

We were asked for a deposit of 2k upon arrival, which we were not informed upon booking. Though it was fine, because it will be returned upon check-out. However, instead of being returned in cash, it was transferred via g-cash which we had to (constantly) remind via text for it to be returned (very) later that day. Bathroom/toilet - was not sparkling clean when we arrived, the doorknob was broken when we arrived, heater could not be adjusted according to preferred heat/temperature; no bidet (hopefully you can install one, so there would be no need for the pail that consumes additional space in a small spaced-bathroom/toilet). Room - no enough room to move about; electric fan was not cleaned (dusty), TV was not working; Wi-fi do not have a strong connection; utensils that were available are not sparkling clean; Breakfast - no coffee included. 1st morning (we were told that the coffee was for sale); 2nd morning (it was not clear if coffee was included or not, hence we bought coffee in the nearby coffee shop). Preferably different/variety of breakfast especially for consecutive days stay.

The property is right exactly in front of the beach. It is a few minutes away from the town/party place which makes the location great for us! You may also have a bonfire with their staff's assistance who are very welcoming and nice.
