Great property set over 3 floors. Lots of space to chill out. It’s extremely well situated in Ortigia.

Only thing I would flag is the shower pressure isn’t great. It may just be down to it being an old building but be forewarned.

La maison est idealement situee, a la fois au calme et à deux pas du cœur d’Ortigia. Roberta nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et a organisé à domicile une expérience de cuisine italienne authentique qui a enchanté toute la famille.

La maison est grande il y a vraiment de l'espace pour un ou deux couples elle est très bien aménagée.

Malheureusement nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience car nous étions sur place le weekend et nous allons lui énormément de bruit le vendredi et le samedi soir à cause d'un groupe de jeunes qui a hurlé jusqu'à minuit devant la maison. J'étais très énervé j'ai averti la propriétaire car je voulais quitter l'appartement mais malheureusement elle n'y est pour rien. Le dimanche soir ça a été parfait et très calme. Syracuse est une destination qui à mon avis est très très bruyant ce weekend. La maison a même et sur une place très calme sauf quand un groupe de jeunes très mal élevé sa mise à jour au foot jusqu'à minuit devant la porte

De plek was super

Wat ons minder goed beviel waren de kamers en de douche. Het was ontzettend gehorig en de douche had zo weinig druk dat je niet fijn kon douchen.

Situation géographique hyper centrale. Décoration sympa Terrasse privée très agréable. Calme et charme de la place.

Pression vraiment faible dans la douche. Hotte aspirante de la cuisine défectueuse. Parasol cassé.

Appartement simple et sans prétention, à la décoration un peu désuète, mais disposant de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Il ne propose pas de prestations luxueuses, ce qui reste cohérent avec son prix très abordable. Au final, le rapport qualité/prix est tout à fait satisfaisant. L’accueil et la disponibilité de l’hôte qui a la délicatesse de laisser une bouteille de bon vin est très appréciable .
