Struttura grande. Gestore disponibile. Posizione ottima, sulla spiaggia, ma in inverno non rilevante

Poca accoglienza: non 1 bottiglia d'acqua o un tovagliolo. Struttura vecchiotta, tenuta discretamente, con molte cose da aggiustare, ammobiliata alla buona e a casaccio

Très facile de récupérer les clefs. La vie est incroyable

L’équipement de la maison est très très vieillot. La batterie de cuisine est à changer. Il ne restait plus que 4 verres mais la propriétaire nous en a gentiment rapportés.

Il posto è bellissimo, la casa è molto pratica.

Villa Mazzei is situated overlooking the bay of Siracusa, with stunning views and evening sunsets. There is a small beach right in front of the property, which is very convenient for a quick morning swim or to spend a sunny afternoon. The local restaurants were great, very friendly and offering tasty seafood dishes. The children also got to know the local cats and were never bored.

The mosquito nets/blinds don't close well and we had some issues with mosquitoes coming in at night (bring repellent). Also, there was a very strong smell of insecticide in the house when we arrived, but this faded and it did feel very clean overall.

Didelė graži senos statybos vila ant jūros kranto su savo kiemu ir sodu. Pliažas už kelių žingsnių. Iki Sirakuzų (Ortigijos) 20 min automobiliu, iki Lidlo - 10 min. Greta - Plemmirio parkas.

Przepięknie położony dom wakacyjny nad brzegiem morza. Dom ma już swoje lata ale mimo wszystko zachwyca swoją atmosferą . 200 metrów 4 sypialnie i dużo miejsca na odpoczynek . Możliwość parkowania na posesji.
