"Easter family break"

The property was beautiful and in a superb seafront position. Plenty of room for the whole family. Very clean. A number of provisions were left for us which was a lovely touch.

We liked everything about it. Would agree with your mention of the attic stairs being steep.

"Lovely spot but could do with some TLC considering the price"

We lived the location it was perfect and the house had a lovely vibe and sea views from pretty much every room.

We felt it could have been cleaner such as the crockery when we arrived and the dishwasher didn’t really clean anything. Wet room shower didn’t drain properly. Nooks and crannies were quite dirty and the table was not clean. Just a bit scruffy overall.

The property location beautiful

Advert states parking, very misleading as it is up a very steep hill not nearby as stated in advert meaning some logistivcs as two of group disabled

Great location and views of the sea, boats and bay from the sitting room/dining room and most bedrooms. Sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils. Comfortable sitting areas. Dining table was great as it was large with enough chairs.

Some furniture could be upgraded e.g. bedside cabinet drawer was clearly broken and some radiators were rusty. The bedrooms were roomy apart from 1 of the doubles which was quite a tight squeeze (and it had the broken bedside cabinet).

"Would recommend"

The location and cleanliness was perfect .

Upon arrival a heating engineer was trying to fix the heating . We ended up with no heating for that evening and morning resulting in us all residing on the second two floors where the heating worked . It was resolved the next day but as we were only there two nights , it did put a dampener on it .

Lovely seafront cottage in a nice location, plenty of space for our group of 4, definitely worth a visit

Shame about parking at front of property, I understand in the summer months that it would be busy but the property must surely have one space allocated as quite an uphill hike to the car park
