The house shock for a few seconds in the night a couple of times. I presume it was trains passing or just the heavy wind

"Wonderful cottage, dark skies for good star gazing"

This cottage is in a great setting with space around it. It was the perfect spot to look at stars - luckily we had clear nights. Love the inside layout and big deck.

The nearby train track is busy which could bother some but there’s an old fashioned charm to trains so we actually enjoyed that aspect.
