Kotuku Cottage

Lovely modular home adjacent to a field and forests. It was great to listen to the lovely bird calls on the extensive patio.

I loved how clean it was and the view was nice and relaxing 10 out of 10 would stay again, as well as we weren't disturbed at all not know how close out accommodation was to the main house but still I didn't really mind I loved the stay.

Wasn't expecting the house to be that close the the main house would've like to know before hand but still was private and so clean and lovely but should've known to bring bug spray there was alot of them finding away in.

This is such a well maintained property and cottage! It was lovely to sit in the deck and watch the sunset before drifting off to sleep in comfort!

It didn’t bother us, but others may want to be aware that the property is close to train tracks. Quiet coming through but you do feel the beds shake a bit. We thought it a fun little massage!

Lovely place, very private. Just walk in and enjoy. Sun soaked deck with private garden area to enjoy.

It was a lovely little place to stay. Private and peaceful. The shower was amazing.

Little bit further out of Tauranga than we thought it would be, but it was a nice, modern tiny home to stay in.
