Kotuku Cottage

Clean, modern cottage with lovely surroundings. Hosts were great at communication and accepted our request to change the number of people staying which we appreciated. The shower is really good and the deck is lovely. I left my e-reader behind and the host has been very kind in sending it back to me.

Just two things to be aware of: the twin beds are metal frame beds with wheels - like a full size fancy stretcher. They had lovely linen and were made up nicely. They would be great for kids, but for my elderly mother they were a little tricky. The train line is very near the house and the house shakes when they go by - and the twin beds especially!

Lovely location, great comms by owner, very accommodating, spotless, gorgeous space.

Absolute peaceful...the cottage was clean,smelt fresh ,comfortable and modern,we enjoyed the privacy,relaxing and close to fishing spots. Mel has a pleasant voice,easy to ask questions ...a wonderful host Lovely location,,we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely go back to Kotuku Cottage again

Nice little set up, the only drawback was the tv had no reception but other than that it was top notch
