Bruce's Cottage

The cottage was perfect size for our party of 6. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect near everything we wanted to do. Would recommend to all

The place needs updating - fix the floor - fix up the outside seating= It would be a great place to have breakfast.

It's was nice and spacious and easy to move around. Water pressure was good for the showers Great washer and dryer Nice and quite during the day and night with an amazing view Fishing lake was great easy for children to hook into some Carp or silvers

The double/king bed mattress was hard and the bed was squeaky I think it needs replacing, The decking at the front door two decking boards are loose and the decking out back could do with being fixed/replaced Fishing lake isn't on site it's down the road so you have to drive to it and can't park in the gated area and have to leave it at the entrance to the woods with could be a problem if they needed to do forestry work, The WiFi isn't great for a family of 4 tbh but it does say that is not a great WiFi so we kind of expected it, The sofa bed need a new mattress as when two people lay on it you fall together on the middle, We ended up leaving early due to poor sleep due to the beds

Very roomy and fit my family of 5 perfectly. The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay great!

This little cottage is a real gem, hidden at the rear of the car park and next to the hotel, with its own entrance, it is beautiful. Spotlessly clean, well laid out, three bathrooms, patio area, comfortable beds, just lovely.

There wasn’t anything to dislike!

Very large 3 bedroom apartment with two ensuites, and another bathroom. Very clean, with large sitting area and dinner table with 6 seats, and outdoor sitting area. Kitchen had plenty of cooking space, utensils, pots, etc. and dishwasher.

The only thing to improve this location is a washing machine, as it has everything else you could want. Directions on where to pickup the keys, as this was a little unclear from what was noted in the booking reference.

Good facilities and near Bannockburn. Food in the hotel was good

Being overlooked by the hotel, there was no mention of the hotel in the description and the cottage is in the grounds. No water in the showers or very little pressure. When we managed to get a small flow of water it was scalding, very unsafe.
