Cosy & bed very comfortable

Maybe good to have a few more deodorisers in the lounge as smells abit doggy . We have a dog but think that would help , but very comfortable lounge 😊

Location was fabulous, quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed provided. Comfy beds and enjoyed walking around the acres of farmland. A very relaxing stay

"Cottage."

Quiet area, great place for cycling and walking base. Well placed to get into Sidmouth town, we cycle in on the roads, cycled back via the byes. Lovely site, dog friendly. Though I'm not really my thing.

Only 2 issues 1st. Old build,the kitchen crockery cupboard a lot of the crockery had gone mouldy. So I had to wash before use. There was a dish washer in the cottage, but maybe the cottage has not been used for some time. 2nd there were 2 lots of dog mess, on the site which was not something I really wanted to see , around a family friendly place.
